5.1 Third-Party Platforms. The Service may integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to Pinterest, Instagram, Instagram Stories, Facebook, Facebook Stories, TikTok and Bluesky (“Third-Party Platforms”). Your use of any Third-Party Platform is subject to that platform’s own terms of service and community guidelines, which are entirely separate from these Terms.
5.2 User Compliance with Third-Party Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of publishing features complies with the terms of service, community guidelines, spam policies, and API usage policies of all Third-Party Platforms to which you connect. Where you connect Pinterest, this includes the Pinterest Terms of Service, the Pinterest Community Guidelines, and the Pinterest Developer Policy. Equivalent obligations apply for every other connected platform (Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Developer Terms, Bluesky community guidelines, etc.). Atelier Pin does not guarantee that use of the Service will not result in account suspension, restriction, shadow-banning, or termination by any Third-Party Platform.
5.3 No Guarantee of Account Safety. Atelier Pin expressly disclaims any guarantee that use of its publishing features will not result in adverse action by any Third-Party Platform against your account. Third-Party Platform policies change frequently and without notice. You assume all risk associated with connecting your Third-Party Platform accounts to the Service.
5.4 Scheduled Publishing. Content scheduled through the Service is published at the time you selected and only on the boards or destinations you selected. The actual time of publication may be subject to short delays caused by Third-Party Platform or Zernio API processing. Atelier Pin makes no guarantee of exact timing, frequency, or successful delivery to Third-Party Platforms.
5.5 API Availability. Atelier Pin’s ability to provide publishing integration features depends on the availability of Third-Party Platform APIs and of the Zernio API. Atelier Pin accepts no liability for interruptions to publishing features caused by changes to, deprecation of, or unavailability of any of those APIs.
5.6 Account Credentials and Tokens. You are solely responsible for the security of any account credentials connected to the Service. OAuth tokens issued by Third-Party Platforms for the purpose of operating the Service are held and stored by our publishing sub-processor Zernio (see Article 5.8) under Zernio's own security controls; Atelier Pin does not itself store these tokens. You may disconnect any Third-Party Platform at any time from Settings → Connected accounts, in which case Atelier Pin will instruct Zernio to revoke the relevant tokens immediately.
5.7 Third-Party Content Compliance. Where you publish content to any Third-Party Platform through the Service, you represent and warrant that the content of each item (image, title, description, destination link, hashtags) complies with that platform's community guidelines, including its spam, misleading-content, intellectual-property, and prohibited-content rules. Atelier Pin acts solely as a technical conduit; responsibility for the content of items published through the Service rests entirely with you.
5.8 Use of Zernio as Publishing Sub-processor. Atelier Pin uses Zernio (operated by ARBICHAT, S.L., Carrer Mallorca 2A, 17230 Palamós, Girona, Spain — Tax ID CIF B75253252) as its infrastructure partner for executing connections to and publication on Third-Party Platforms. When you connect a Third-Party Platform via Atelier Pin, the OAuth handshake is performed on Zernio infrastructure and the access tokens are stored by Zernio under Zernio's Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Legal Disclosure. By connecting a Third-Party Platform through the Service, you also accept Zernio's terms. Atelier Pin sends Zernio only the data strictly necessary to execute publishing actions you have instructed (image URL, caption, schedule time, target account/board). Neither Atelier Pin nor Zernio guarantees the availability or behaviour of any destination Third-Party Platform; you remain responsible for keeping your connections valid and your account in good standing on each platform.
